Arriba! Mexico’s Top Off Road Racer – Homero Diaz – to race Vegas EX
Nov. 20th GEICO AMA EnduroCross at the Orleans Arena welcomes the Mexican National Champion!
IRVINE, Calif., (Nov. 11, 2010) – This just in … officials at Source Interlink Media have been alerted that Mexico’s top off-road motorcycle racer – Homero Diaz – has committed to race the Nov. 20th GEICO AMA EnduroCross, presented by E3 Spark Plugs, finals at Las Vegas Orleans Arena.
“Racing endurocross is the most unpredictable form of racing – I just love the challenge,” said Diaz.
Coming off hosting the 85th running of the International Six Days Enduro (ISDE) in his home country, Diaz – the Mexican national champion – helped his team to a respectable 7th place finish in the ISDE. A KTM/Red Bull/Fox –backed racer, Diaz is a welcome addition to an already impressive gate on Nov. 20th at the Orleans.
“We’re pumped to have Homero on board and wish him the best of luck,” said Mike Karsting, VP of Events for Source Interlink Media. “He’s got some solid credentials and will be up against the best guys in the world at what they do.”
