This summer, I have decided to take a break from off road competition and focus more on my family and some other interest like Mountain Biking, Jet Skiing and training for the Wharf to Wharf next month.
I ride the UCSC trails every Thursday after work on my Specialzed Stump Jumper and also hit a short 45 minute loop at DeLaveaga when the weekend rolls around.
I have also implemented 3 run's per week into my work out schedule to train for a 10k on July 25th in Capitola/Santa Cruz "Wharf to Wharf" race. I am running "4" - 9minute miles so far and need to reach my 5-6 mile pace by mid July.
Hopefully, when October rolls around I'll be back to the d36 Hare Scrambles racing B women!!

I would love to try that but running? still need the motor LOL
